As more people get a hold of the Google Glass Explorer edition, a few security issues have become apparent — most notably that anyone who dons the connected headset can start messing with your Google+ account. One developer has already created an app to address this security hole, however. Mike DiGiovanni built a simple lock screen for Glass, called Bulletproof, where the user can unlock the device with a combination of swipes and taps on the touchpad. The sensors on Glass can tell when you’re not wearing it, and the app will automatically lock the device when it’s not on your head. Similar to smartphones, Bulletproof allows users to still take photos with Glass while it’s locked via the camera button on the device. DiGiovanni says he may disable this based on user feedback.
